okay so some of this is easy for your rank unless you are informed otherwise is Academy Student or AS your zanpaktou can be either english or japanese try to keep it original we would like an English name anyway but if you don't know don't worry for your division the division captain must approve you so try to meet the specialty of that division for your release level there are three levels Shikai, Bankai, and Vaizard you will not just be able to use bankai you must train with three captains to achieve it. Vaizard is a specialty rank and will not be handed out without you having bankai and being deamed strong enough for it
